Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and documentation are intact.
- The item is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- The product has not been altered or tampered with.
Important: Some items — such as opened personal-care products, software with broken seals, and clearance/flash-sale items — are non-returnable unless they arrive defective. Please check the product page before purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Call or WhatsApp our customer support at 0333-5478290 within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, the product you want to return, and a brief reason.
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
3. Return Shipping
- Defective or wrong item sent by us: we arrange free return pickup at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable courier so we can confirm receipt.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If approved, your refund is processed using the table below:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: 5–7 business days
- Bank transfer: 7–10 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via Easypaisa or bank transfer within 7–10 business days
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.
5. Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement is of higher value, you'll be asked to pay the difference.
- If the replacement is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within the 7-day return window.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or a short video of the damage.
- Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
- We'll arrange a free pickup and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Items with broken seals, missing serial numbers, or removed security tags.
- Opened software, licences, or digital products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorised modifications.
- Clearance or flash-sale items, unless defective.
